current leaders Beechdown A look assured of the title.

before being forced to concede the other because of an injury.

County
1st Team 25/02/05
Last
weekend the Hampshire County 1st team drew all their matches
in the final round of matches in National Division 1 at Milton Keynes.
Their opponents were Avon, Essex and, eventual winners of the
competition for the first time, Warwickshire..
The 15 points gained left them in 9th position in the
table with 40 points well above bottom county Cheshire.
Two teams are due to be relegated but if Yorkshire 2nd
team finish 1st or 2nd in Division 2 they cannot
be promoted as two teams from a county may not play in the same
division.
Hampshire’s hopes are that Yorkshire 2nds will be successful so
that only one team, Cheshire, will have to go down.
