Ladies Match Report 21/01/05  BH Pegasus Ladies teams had victories in both the Ladies 6 and Ladies 4 divisions of the Ian Dewar (Castlegate Investments) sponsored league this month.  In the first they beat Waynflete at Winchester 9/0 with a team comprised of Ling Tan/Sue Lorrain, Lesley Acheson/Kim Newman and Fiona Tebbutt/Amanda Marsden.  The other was a 4/2 win over Waverley at the Sports Centre where Amanda and Norma Scott  each participated in two winning rubbers supplemented by one from Jenny Skilton and three from Lesley Acheson.  Caroline Rodbourne played in two successful rubbers for the losers while Debbie Symes and Heather Mountford took part in one each.  The victory in the Ladies 6 Division means that BH Pegasus are now well ahead of nearest challengers Beechdown whom they play at home early next month and seem almost certain to take the title again.
